Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve a party?
Join our waitlist and tell us your Cooperstown tournament dates. Once schedules are released, waitlist families receive first access to available party times. Select your package, confirm your player count, and we’ll handle the rest.
Why a Waitlist?
Tournament schedules are released shortly before each week begins. Releasing reservations after schedules are available allows teams to choose the best time and gives waitlist families priority.
When are reservations released?
Typically 7–10 days before your Cooperstown week once tournament schedules are finalized.
Can we just show up with our team?
No. Every team party is planned in advance with reserved seating, staffing, food preparation, and customized materials. Reservations are required for organized teams.
How quickly do parties fill?
Popular evening time slots often fill very quickly. Joining the waitlist early gives you the best opportunity to secure your preferred time.

How long are parties?
Approximately 90 minutes.
Is the arcade private?
Your team receives a reserved celebration area within our arcade. The arcade remains open, but your group has dedicated seating and space.

What is the Team Meal Fast Pass?
Players choose a cheeseburger & fries or chicken tenders & fries before arriving. Meals begin coming out within minutes, giving your team more time together and more time in the arcade. Siblings can be added.
Can parents order?
Absolutely. Parents, coaches, grandparents, siblings, and friends are welcome to order from our full menu.
Food allergies?
Please let us know in advance. We offer gluten-free buns and do our best to accommodate dietary needs, although we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Yes! We love recognizing birthday players during their Cooperstown week.
Payment & Policies
When is payment due?
Final player count and payment are due 7 days before your reservation.
Can my player count change?
We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments before the payment deadline.
What if our schedule changes?
Contact us as soon as possible. If availability allows, we’ll work with you to move your reservation.
What if it rains?
Weather happens. Contact us immediately if your schedule changes and we’ll do everything reasonably possible to help.
